NO MORE BINKIE!!

A few days before Lo's 2nd Birthday we took the Binkie away!

Man that was not easy what so ever.

We cut the top of her Binkie off so she could still hold it. BUT when we did that she wanted nothing to do with it! I put her to bed, she cried and cried and cried... 4 hrs worth of crying! She finally fell asleep at midnight!! I have to say i gave in a few times! She still didnt want the binkie because she thought it was cut. So lets say it was a rough night!! The next day I took her to build a bear to get a new animal to replace the binkie. IT WORKED!! She loves it!

This was the morning after!! She was so lost!! After this we tossed them in the trash!!

Its been a week now and she has asked for her binkie a few times!! But she it ok with not having it! She is starting to go to bed easier and easier each night!! Things are on the up and up!!!
